Refunds of deposits for weather conditions shall only be granted when Colorado Bicycling Adventures cancels tours or activities because of severe conditions, or when the state closes access.

Price Policy

We will gladly match any reasonable advertised price in the world. This, of course, excludes blowouts and ancient products. Products must be the exact same year, make and model.

Shipping Policy

We will ship everything you ordered within 48 hours unless the item is not in stock. We will tell you when the order is placed exactly what is in stock, and the anticipated lead time if it is not. This, of course, is an anticipated ship date and not any type of guarantee. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped (international orders excluded).

What is CBA’s return and exchange policy?

Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. Used non-defective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Refund will be issued in the form of original payment. Sorry, store credit is not available.

Does CBA refund return shipping?

Returns due to some fault of Colorado Bicycling Adventures will be reimbursed for all return shipping costs-UPS Ground or US Mail only. Express shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Returns that are not our fault are subject to 20% restocking fee plus handling and shipping.

Do I need a Return Authorization # for a return or exchange?

No. Simply fill out the back of your CBA invoice indicating if you need a refund or exchange (a copy of the invoice is also acceptable). Returns should be mailed, FREIGHT PREPAID VIA AN INSURED SERVICE, to: Colorado Bicycling Adventures, Attn: Returns Dept., 184 East Elkhorn Ave, Estes Park, CO 80517. For a PDF version click here. Warranties

Every item Colorado Bicycling Adventures carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufactures. ALL WARRANTY ITEMS MUST BE INSPECTED TO INSURE IF THE ITEM CAN BE COVERED UNDER THE MANUFACTURES WARRANTY POLICY. We cannot determine if a item is defective without seeing it. Generally, warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, and racing are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise.

Labor and shipping are not covered under any warranty.

Colorado Bicycling Adventures shall not be responsible for the proper use of the merchandise sold and the customer is urged to exercise caution and take all necessary safety measures in using the merchandise. You can't buy a product with a mere mouse click. At Colorado bicycling Adventures, we believe talking to each and everyone of our customers. A product item is worth talking over, involving topics like sizing, color, ride characteristics and weight.

A. Credit Cards

Colorado Bicycling Adventures is currently equipped to accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept bank ATM/debit cards that are Visa or MasterCard form.

B. Money Orders

We accept money orders and cashier’s checks in US dollars for the amount of your order, made payable to Colorado Bicycling Adventures. Please note that we can only accept money orders or cashier’s checks denominated in US dollars.

PLEASE NOTE: Money orders and cashier’s checks of high dollar value from small, local financial institutions can be held up to 10 business days for the check to clear.

C. Personal Checks

We accept personal checks denominated in US dollars for the amount of the order only. The check must be imprinted with a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom, and drawn from a US bank. Please make the checks payable to Colorado Bicycling Adventures. PLEASE NOTE: Orders paid by personal check will be held up to 10 business days for the check to clear our bank.
