Tour / Rental Reservation Refund Policy: 60 days and out: Refund all except 10% of deposit. 30 59 days: Refund all except 50% of deposit. 29 days and under: No refund. Reservation confirmed with credit cards authorize Colorado Bicycling Adventure and Thumbs Up Sports to charge that credit card for any applicable cancellation fees including space for guests who do not show up on the trip date.

Colorado Bicycling Adventures and Thumbs Up Sports and its employees cannot assume responsibility for personal safety or damage to property. You will be asked to sign a waiver before bicycling. Due to the nature of the activity, and for your safety, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that we perceive to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or that we perceive to be unfit for a certain trip. All or part of this operation is conducted on public lands under special permit from the United States Bureau of Land Management.
